Plastomers
Plastomers are ethylene based copolymers which form the bridge between thermoplastics and elastomers. They provide rubber-like properties, with the processability of plastics. Plastomers have exceptionally low densities and softening points combined with an extraordinary flexibility and toughness.
Industries
The plastomers of TER Chemicals are used to positively influence the flexibilities, strengths and processing of polyolefins and rubbers. They therefore also serve as impact modifiers, plasticizers, and processing aids. In addition, they are used as a base polymer of adhesive systems.
