TER AS Productos was founded in Barcelona in 2009 with the objective to strengthen the position of TER GROUP in the Spanish market. During the last years we have grown constantly gaining an important position in the different sectors our customers are part of.


Mono- and diglycerides

Mono- and diglycerides are breakdown products of fats, which are obtained by chemical reaction of fatty acids and glycerine. Their emulsifying effect is triggered mainly in connection with warm water, and by adding the salts of fatty acids.


We offer the following mono- and diglycerides:


  • Mono- and diglycerides (E471)
  • CITREM (E472c), Citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides
  • DATEM (E472e), Mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides


Mono- and diglycerides are used in the food industry, for chocolate products, cream products, bread, sweets, baked goods, sausages, jams, marmalades, and jellies.
